Tony began his career working for his estate agent father, some 30 years ago. Since then he has remained in the business with both independent and corporate agents before opening his own agency in 2000. His business has grown from strength to strength, increasing both offices and staff, to become one of the leading agents in the area. Tony is extremely well known locally and has earned himself a strong reputation for providing a quality service with the emphasis on customer care.

David is a Chartered Building Surveyor based at our Llangefni office. He has over 18 years experience in the area and has worked with Williams & Goodwin since 2003. he provides surveying and valuation work covering North West Wales for a number of purposes and is also a Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Peter joined the company in Spring 2006 and has a wealth of customer service experience. Peters role is to assist in the preparation of particulars and marketing material for properties in addition to negotiating sales.

Gwennan is another member of the team bilingual in both Welsh and English. Having passed the NAEA technical award in 2004 and with over four years experience with Williams and Goodwin having previously been in a sales and customer service environment.

Tim in essence "grew up" in agency with his father a former Chartered Surveyor and estate agent in a family firm in Bangor. Tim entered the profession and also passed the Estate Management degree before continuing into corporate agency then developing the Williams & Goodwin company with Melfyn in 2001. Tim has unrivalled knowledge of the Bangor and surrounding areas market place and is based within our Bangor office. He has also passed the CPEA (Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency) and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Caren provides administration support for the two Chartered Surveyors and the HQ. Caren has over 10 years experience of her role and joined the company in 2003. Another bilingual speaker within the company.

Previously an office manager with a corporate company Val has also worked in the new homes industry for one of North Wales’ largest new homes developers. With over 18 years agency experience, Val has been with the company since 2003.

A local person who assists with the administration and property management. Studying for the NAEA technical award and joined the company in November 2004. Previously employed in the hotel industry.

Neil joined the company in January 2002. Practicing initially as our Residential Lettings and Property Manager, Neil has developed an excellent division for the company offering a full property management service for residential property. Prior to joining the company Neil completed 23 years service in Her Majesty’s Forces, had been a landlord for a number of years and had attended Residential Letting courses sponsored by the NAEA in London. Neil is currently studying for the Certificate in Residential Lettings & Property Management (CRLM).

Worked in the industry for over 4 years and has excellent local knowledge of the Holyhead area market place. Tina has passed the Technical award in residential sales and is earning a reputation for achieving good sales performance for the Holyhead office.

Joined in February 2005. Alan has 17 years in accounts management and has joined the company in a role to manage the rent accounts for the department. He has already commenced studying for the NAEA Technical award.

Fluent in both Welsh and English. Caron has worked with the directors since launch and previously worked with Melfyn. Has over seven years experience and had passed the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Sales

Sally is a Member of the NAEA and has worked with Melfyn in the industry since 1987 (over 19 years). She has experience in both independent and corporate structures and was a trainer for a large corporate chain of estate agency.

Sharon joined the company in 2002 from a sales background and provides administration and marketing support within the Bangor Office.

Fluent in both Welsh and English. Melfyn is an Honoured Fellow and a Past President of The National Association of Estate Agents (2003 /04). He is also a Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has passed the CPEA (Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency) and a degree in Estate Management. He entered the business in 1985 on the Youth Training Scheme and was the NAEA Student of the Year in 1992. Having worked in both independent and corporate estate agencies Melfyn established Williams & Goodwin in 2001 with his co director Tim. He has earned a reputation over the years for sound professional and straight talking service to customers and is also a property auctioneer.

Wendy joined Williams & Goodwin in January 2006 and brought with her a wealth of experience of agency. Having previously worked within a competing agent for over 4 years Wendy has added depth of knowledge and customer service to our team at Holyhead.
