Fluent in both Welsh and English. Melfyn is an
Honoured Fellow and a Past President of The National Association of Estate
Agents (2003 /04). He is also a Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered
Surveyors (MRICS) and has passed the CPEA (Certificate of Practice in
Estate Agency) and a degree in Estate Management. He entered the business
in 1985 on the Youth Training Scheme and was the NAEA Student of the
Year in 1992. Having worked in both independent and corporate estate
agencies Melfyn established Williams & Goodwin in 2001 with his co director
Tim. He has earned a reputation over the years for sound professional
and straight talking service to customers and is also a property auctioneer.

Ray Clark
TPP IT Division
The Clark brothers have been writing software
for Estate Agents and property/insurance related businesses since 1982.
They have systems installed in over 500
locations throughout the U.K. and have in recent years won a number of
awards for their user-friendly web based property listing systems. Since
working with TPP they have implemented a series of software solutions
to improve the customer experience both when visiting an office or via
the TPP website. They continue to listen to customer feedback and improve
wherever possible the IT infrastructure.

Adam is well versed in all facets of marketing,

Ed has been designing websites for 10 years. Founder of Herringbone Design & Development, Ed has assembled a highly
specialised team of designers and
developers capable of producing high-calibre websites with particular
emphasis on estate agents and property developers. TPP is benefiting

Mike Roberts
IT
Mike started working with The Property People in 2001 and created the original web site. In fact our virtual office opened before our first "bricks and mortar office". His key business areas for TPP include providing a professional internet solution for the property people underpinned by an integrated marketing strategy and project management on our IT web development. With his team of IT professionals they are dedicated to ensure that the web site management, maintenance and support consistently delivers the best web presence to the consumer.

Tim
Goodwin BSc Estate Management,
MNAEA; CPEA
Director based at the Bangor Office
Tim in essence "grew up" in agency
with his father a former Chartered Surveyor and estate agent in a family
firm in Bangor. Tim entered the profession and also passed the Estate
Management degree before continuing into corporate agency then developing
the Williams & Goodwin company with Melfyn in 2001. Tim has unrivalled
knowledge of the Bangor and surrounding areas market place and is based
within our Bangor office. He has also passed the CPEA (Certificate
of Practice in Estate Agency) and is a Fellow of the National Association
of Estate Agents.

Neil Pritchard
Director based in our Llangefni Office
Neil joined the company in January 2002. Practicing initially as our
Residential Lettings and Property Manager, Neil has developed an
excellent division for the company offering a full property
management service for residential property. Prior to joining the
company Neil completed 23 years service in Her Majesty’s
Forces, had been a landlord for a number of years and had attended
Residential Letting courses sponsored by the NAEA in London. Neil
is currently studying for the Certificate in Residential Lettings &
Property Management (CRLM).
