Help & Advice

Buyers Auction Guides TPPUK 17th July 2017

You donʼt have to be a professional to buy at auction.

Professional Assistance:

If you intend to bid, you are strongly advised to consult a legal advisor for independent advice on the legal documentation, which will be available to download from the auction section of the website. At in room auctions only, the legal documents will also be available in the sale room for up to 2 hours prior to the auction starting.

Finance must be arranged BEFORE the date of the auction and any valuation or survey required by your lender should be completed before the auction day /end time with online bidding. Prospective buyers are required to make all their own investigations to satisfy themselves as to the condition of all lots and make any necessary pre contract enquiries prior to bidding. If you are the successful buyer then the contract is binding on the fall of the gavel (the auctioneers hammer)/ virtual fall of hammer with online is the auction end time.
