From the A5025 turn into Tregele taking the turning almost opposite the petrol station and continue for approximately 1 mile taking a right turn sign posted Llanfechell. Follow this road where the entrance to the caravan site can be seen on your left in a short distance. Proceed along the road and around the left hand bed to where the second entrance can be found on the lfet towards the bottom of the hill.
Accommodation
A total of 7 dwellings in a mixture of House, Cottage and apartment style accommodation offering super flexibility in the usage from residential to holiday let in most configuration. The main house, known as ‘Tyn Lon’, can sleep 9 people and can be linked to ‘Llinos’ apartment sleeping 4. An additional apartment, ‘Marchog’ sleeps a further 4/5 people with its own private garden and lovely conservatory. The two detached cottages are ‘Bach’ and ‘Mawr’ with one sleeping 4 people and the other sleeping 6. Currently two large three bed semi-detached properties are used as Owner’s accommodation and could make excellent lets in themselves as they are configured with the open plan living accommodation to the first floor for making best use of the surrounding views.
Caravan and Camping
Set over two fields with a total of 30 caravan pitches and additional space for approximately 12 camping pitches with numerous 6amp electric hook up connections and separate main road access for easy manoeuvring. At the lower end of this section is a recently landscaped area with a fenced off water feature making for an attractive relaxation area.
The park owns two static caravans that are regularly rented out with a further 6 pitches that offer a lucrative and low hassle option for ground rent only with use of the parks facilities for those wishing to site their own units on the site.
Facilities
In the centre of the site is a large building housing the toilet and shower room. The main bar (licensed) and function room has hosted numerous celebration and general socialising events which has proved to be a fantastic addition to the site.
