bangor@tppuk.comA sizeable plot located in the centre of the village with planning consent for a two storey retail unit but on a site which the council has also indicated may be considered suitable for affordable housing
Located in the centre of the village of Tregarth approximately 4 miles from the university city of Bangor and being a former public house car park is this level development site for which planning consent has been granted in February 2016 for the erection of a new 2 storey retail unit. Further correspondence from the council has advised that the site may also be acceptable for affordable housing subject to a full application for such need being made.
The site which measures approximately 30 meters wide and approximately 20 meters deep in our opinion is large enough to accommodate a development of two blocks of 2 bedroomed town houses.

Taking the A5 towards Bethesda from junction 11 on the A55 at Llandegai, and after the small section of dual carriageway ignore the first right turn `virtually immediately the carriageway ends` and then the next right towards Tregarth. Continue around the 90 degree right hand bend at "Halfway Bridge" and take the next right turn to Tregarth at the Bryn Bella crossroads. Continue along this road to the "T" junction and turn right towards Tregarth village, and continue down the hill past the primary school. The plot will then be seen on the right hand side after approximately 100 yards opposite the public house.
