Taking the main A 545 from Menai Bridge in the Beaumaris direction and after leaving Menai Bridge and passing over the Cadnant bridge turn left up Cichle hill signposted to Llandegfan. Continue up the hill bearing right at the top continue along for approx 1/4 mile where you will see a right turn into Lon Ty Mawr immediately opposite Pencae Estate and continue down this narrow lane where the property will be seen on the left hand side in approximately 300 yards.
